My journey to becoming the CEO of iLearn Schools Inc. has been a remarkable blend of resilience, learning, and leadership. As an immigrant, I arrived in the United States with dreams and determination. Education was both my passion and my pathway. I pursued higher education rigorously, earning a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. This academic journey wasn't just about degrees; it was about embracing a vision for transformative education.


In the early days of my career, I realized the immense potential of technology in enhancing instruction. This realization wasn't just theoretical; it became the backbone of my leadership at iLearn Schools, especially in the dynamic and demanding realm of charter schools. Here, I learned to harness technology not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for effective and innovative leadership.


A defining moment in my leadership journey was navigating the rapid expansion of iLearn Schools. This challenge was a crucible, testing and refining my leadership approach. It was a period of intense learning and strategic decision-making, where every step was geared towards balancing growth with quality education. It reinforced my belief in the power of teamwork and the importance of maintaining a steadfast focus on our mission.


My leadership philosophy has been profoundly influenced by role models like Dr. Aaron Graham, former Bergen County Superintendent. His lesson - that every decision must prioritize student benefit - has become my guiding principle. This simple yet profound insight has been pivotal in my approach, ensuring that every strategy, innovation, or challenge is navigated with the students' best interests at heart.


Looking ahead, I firmly believe that education is on the brink of a significant paradigm shift. Despite the challenges, I am optimistic that the United States will lead the world in transitioning to a new era of education - an era characterized by digital platforms, AI, and innovative teaching methodologies.
